Found what appears to be a good deal on a ls6 motor.
The car was in a fire, going to see it tomorrow.
What to look for to see if this is worth it?

If that's a C6 thats an LS7, looks to be a C6 Z06 in the pic you provided...

all the accessories are likely to be trash, along with the intake. block should be fine, if it didn't get too hot and warp anything.

If it is an LS6 then I def look to see if it got hot enough to melt the block or heads or anything else. Never know what kind of fire it was in. But if it's a C6 Z06 with the LS7 and it has low miles and cheap, I'd jump all over it!!!

yeah, looks like an ls7 but being advertised as ls6.
going to see it tomorrow, if the motor is good, i will pick it up tomorrow afternoon and if it's an ls7 in good shape, i will have gotten one hellava deal.
