Manifolds I just throw in a pile till I have enough to make it worth a trip to a local scrap yard to sell it. The Cats I would sell. There are several people in the parts wanted section that pay money for a set of unmolested cats.

unfortunately right now you wont get much from cats... the scrap value of them plummeted, but it will go back up, I'd hold on to them for a little while till it is worth it to sell them.

i would hold onto it. you never know when you or a buddy might be returning your car back to stock to sell/trade in etc.
