Is there any way to convert to a power antenna setup from a TA to an SS? I like the low profileness of the power antenna over the towering one sticking out of the back of the camaro. It reminds me of an RC car everytime I look at it lol

buy one and stick it in there. run the power ant trigger wire to the back of your deck and stick a pin in that position.

Where would I get regular power from? Is there a power wire running to the amp that I could tap into?

The switched ignition power to the amp would do the trick. However behind the radio there is a pink wire that is the antenna trigger and it only lets the antenna up when the tuner is on. So while you playing cd's or whatever your antenna stays down and concealed.
