I would get a firehawk. RX8 not very fast & not very good looking.

That's what I was going to say.

This is a great time to buy real estate if you have the money. If someone gave me 50k, I'd pay off my Bird, maybe get a set of new tires, then put the rest into a house.

Even if you do own a home, unless you have money to burn, blowing 50k on a car if you're not otherwise set financially is foolish, IMO.

Plus if you close before Dec 1 and are a first time homebuyer, you get a 8K tax rebate, which buys alot of mods anyway.
