anyone having problems with thier dmh leaking?

Default anyone having problems with thier dmh leaking?

ive noticed that my dmh 3'' cutout is starting to leak bad and i went to seen why and well... i can open and close the valve with my finger as if it was just turning free, then it would catch ...

I have been running the DMH cutouts for 5 years now..no problems...the DMH cutout has a 4 year warranty why don't you call Dave (owner of DMH) and see about getting it repaired.

Tighten up your allen screws on the butterfly and the shaft and that ought to do it. I had the same problem. It took about 5 minutes to fix. Make sure when you tighten the allen screws that you have the blade in the loosest position. I think your able to move the butterfly back and forth because your on the flat side of the cutout shaft. So try and center it before you tighten them up.
