Default My LSX GTO Build

I thought I would post up some of my project progress with my GTO. I have been planning this for a little while, and as some of you may know it is a slow process. It has finally started making some headway other than just cutting checks to get things started and discussing what my goals are and what the best set up for this and that.

It will be a LSX 427 with Callies crank and rods and Diamond Pistons. Not sure on heads yet leaning toward L92 heads for it.
Had a 6 point or 8 depending on how you look at it, installed with removable door bars from a local chassis guy here in Jax.
Th400 Conversion From Greg at FTI with one of his custom Stall Conv.
Carbon Fiber Driveshaft/Trans bracket for Th400/ Eaton Truetrac all from Chris at Gforce.
Just ordered Lonnies dual pump set up with lines to convert mine to a return system.
All the venders I have used here and on LS1GTO have been great on letting me pick their brains and help me with my build so far.

Here are a few picture so far.

Thanks to everyone that helped out so far.
I am not sure how much interest there will be on here but I thought I would give it a shot. I will post more if there is any interest in it at all.

You got to keep the wife happy. She funds most of my projects. If it was up to me I would live in a big garage with no house at all..

I am installing the shifter and hopefully the locker in the rear. Still waiting on the motor should have that by the end of the month...

Thanks for the interest
