You absolutely CAN run with no O2 sensors but you have to be running a tune that is open loop only. So what does the tune look like? Stock? Need a little more info.

Well.....every 160* I have seen starts to open about 160* but does not fully open untill 170* which in essence makes it a 170* t-stat. I checked mine in a pot of water on the stove....
I think manufacturers call it that because that's what all the gen1 racers ran back in the day.

My tuner told me that every car he has tuned with a 160 makes less power then the stock thermo. It runs rich cause its always in open loop.

I just came from the garage, one spark plug doesn't work at all and also one injector doesn't work. It needs to be cleared, it will take time to return it as stock, and 2nd injector work 50%. For the pressure it was 51psi, I think to tightening the return fuel line to increase the pressure because may be the line is big.

First off, no one in this thread so far knows about tuning other than NSSANE02. So be hesitant to take advice from everyone that replies.
What vehicle is the engine and PCM out of? Your pics from cardomain show a 241 head/ls6 intake which would suggest that the motor is from a 01-02 f-body, but you have a truck fuel rail. What injectors are you using? If you are using truck injectors that info needs to be changed in the tune or put the correct injectors/rail on the car.
You can fix the fuel pressure problem with a fuel pressure regulator or just adjust the flow rate in the tune. GM uses 58psi on the LSx style engines. And you probably need a bigger fuel pump.
You do NOT have to have O2s but the tune needs to be spot on or its gonna run like ****. And even if you do get it perfect it will vary with the weather. On a near stock setup it shouldn't be that big of a swing. If that's the case then a retune will be needed to correct the fueling.
Your dyno AFR doesn't really mean **** if you've got injectors/coils not working.
If your car is being tuned by someone who doesn't know all of this then you need to get a new tuner.
