Requesting Birth Certificate to my car? ok i bought a 99 SS Just recently, which is in perfect condition and i loooove it, my old 95Z was hit by a drunk and is now resting in a soon to be rusty grave, however i never got the birth certificate with my car when i bought it, i bought it off of the second owner and he only had it for about 6 months, any idea how i can get my hands on the birth cert.?
