Default rebuild.

need to get a rebuild done. of anyone that has had one done did you just go to your local machine shop or do you recommend sending it to someplace that more less specializes in ls1 engines? there are a few machine shops around my area but im hesitant about taking it to a joe shmo place so to speak. im planning on having a heads cam package put in, in the process too.

It is generally about as much to buy a shortblock from a sponsor as it is to have one built for you. Plus that way you are sure they are knowledgable about LSx engines. If your block and crank are good you can get aound $300 back out of it.

PM me and I'll tell you who is going to do my 383.
