Default My car won't start after doing a head swap..gauges acting all funny

Ok so I went through all that work, did a head swap...
And now when I first turn the key, the security light comes on, then the check engine light flickers really fast... and the guages bounce back an forth.

There's clearly an electrical problem, but I have no idea what I forgot to do?
Ideas?

Make sure you resecured the ground connections on the back of the driver's side head... and check for pinched wires.
