I'll take them off once or twice a week maybe. It has to be pretty nice outside although I do it sometimes when it's chilly and turn the heat on if I'm in the mood. Mostly it's just I'm too lazy haha. If there's more than a few clouds in the sky I won't take them off though. North Carolina weather fluctuates a lot and is unpredictable, rain can come out of no where and stop 10 minutes later.

Also, it definitely attracts girls. I wish I had a fbody in hgih school, lol. The first time I went and pick up my G/F house from her house (like the 3rd time we met before we were dating) I pulled up with the tops off and she was like, wow, I like that. Shes been hooked ever since, lol.
as long as we arent going anywhere my girlfriend has to have her hair look good, shes fine with them. im the same, dont wanna have a car without ttops or a targa. sun/moonroofs just arent the same. strangely i dont like verts though. only vert id probably get is a Merc hardtop vert, and thats a little outta my price range lol

lol same here I ALWAYS have my windows down unless it's cold as **** outside. It puzzles me as to why a lot of people will be driving with their windows up when it's a beautiful day outside. I love the fresh air, I hate using air conditioning. I'll only roll them up if it's like 90+ outside and my back is completely stuck to the seat.

lol well for most f-body owners the reason for having the window up is the epic constant fail of the window motors. I just finally got mine in last week and the windows havent been up while driving since.

I take mine out every time I drive the car. That's why I bought a t-top car!
Plus the wife almost makes me remove them. Whatever makes her happy. lol

T-tops slow me down too much....

I very rarely have mine out at all. I've had them out maybe 5 times since I got the car.

I voted rarely, I take them out whenever I get the chance but most my drives are pretty short as I DD the car. Im not gonna take them out to drive 5-10 mins and put them back in to lock up the car. If I go on a cruise or something though and its nice you better believe they will be out!

I'll take them off at night because it just seems so much more relaxing.

I love it when the tops are off, but mine is a DD, so it 1) has to be a nice as warm day with no signs of rain (I live in Seattle) and 2) a longer trip.

I am a busy person and I don't want to waste my time taking the tops off in order to drive to work for 10 minutes with the tops off to then just put them back on when I get there.

If I had a longer commute then I'd do it way more often (and I'd love to do it.)

I own a hardtop now, but I had two third gens with ttops prior to my 94. I had them off all the time unless it was raining. FL winter at night when it would dip below 45? Yep would have them off year round. Of course sometimes you would get caught in the rain, unless it was downpouring and you weren't at a stop not much got in the car.
I almost never locked my 86 either, I guess in 01-02 you really didn't have to worry about your car or stuff in it disappearing? I'd park it in Tampa with the ttops in the back and the windows up, no one ever messed with the car.

i only take them off if i am using the car all day and dont have to go to any public parking lots.. To lazy to take them out to go to a store then put them on/off.
If i had a garage and Parked in a private parking lot for work i would always leave them OFF!!!

The first year and a half I owned the car I took them off once during a cleaning. The next few years I took them off for driving a few times.

This year they have not been on at all. I now like it "open" but the spring and summer were lousey so that meant a lot less miles than usual.

I havent had mine off that many times this year. It really never got that hot this summer. I had them off at least 12-15 times though. If its above 90 or below about 78, I leave them on. Anything in between that & its perfect t top weather.

I take them off when I can. But this time of year it rains and is way too cool more often than not though. This week is going to be mostly 50s and the high next week is as low as the upper 40's
