i just bought a 2009 silverado single cab and i was wondering what i could do to get more horse power with out spending a **** load of money.... any ideas???? i have a flowmaster exhaust 40 series single in dual out and i was gonna put a cold air intake on but i dont know what to do next....

 

What is your definition of "more horsepower" and "**** load of money?"

Because exhaust, headers (no cats), cold air intake are pretty standard. After that I would recommend a stall and suspension. After that head work/cam or a power adder (probably nitrous since your $ sensitive). After that forged and a bigger shot or up the psi on the power adder.

 

A tune would help out a lot too. I have a 09 Silverado too, it's still stock....but I do plan on modding it.

 

intake and a muffler. i wouldnt touch anything else if you want your warranty to last.

well its my daily driver so i want as much as i can get with out killing my gas mileage you know. and as far as money i have it i just dont wanna do trial n error you know..
