I thought so! there only so many low milage stripper SOM cars! A couple guys in the club were trying to get your car We have a second one in the group with a cam/stall and nitrious that likes to hurt ppls feelings lol I think it weighed in at around 3350 with him in it.

Damn and I thought I did good by getting the 1sc z28 in sig with 11k mi for
$12,500 this past July!! Congrats on the nice find, som is a awsome color!

LMAO, I took it to the local 1/8th track saturday and ran it twice. Blew the tires off the first pass and had a 2.12 60ft and ran a 8.69 @ 86mph. Then I got a 2.04 60ft on the second pass and when I went to 2nd it just broke loose bad and i let out. Track was junk and I have new tires to get put on it soon. Not bad for the mods though, it should go a 40 with a good tire.

Did you REALLY get the car for that little? I discussed this car and negotiated with the dealer in TN that had it. I am 100% sure it's the same car because you are using their pictures. They were asking $14,900 for it and wouldn't budge much.

If you are telling the truth, I am jealous, but they would not deal with me. I am very surprised they came down that much.

Just spoke with the dealer that sold the car. It's Jim Reed Chevrolet in Nashville. (615) 341-3143. They say the OP is a liar. They had more in it than the price he is claiming. The salesman I just spoke with was not the one I had negotiated with (he's off today), but assured me he was familiar with the car, with the sale, and said there is NO WAY it went for that low of a price... not even close.

I just don't get it. Why lie? Are we supposed to be impressed with his (fake) bargaining skills?

The car is only worth about $11,500 anyway so maybe he did get it cheap.

Yeah. I looked it up, both NADA and Kelley, while negotiating with them They wanted well above retail for it, but would barely budge off the $14,900 asking price. When I saw this thread, I could hardly believe that they hacked $4K off the price a week after I spoke with them. Now, after speaking again with the dealership, I don't believe it.
