what is the difrence lq4/lq9 please help i currently own a 92 typhoon, 6cyl broke a crank again. want to do a ls conversion, what one would be best for me lq4/lq9,with boost i will be using a t66. also can people post up motor specs on these two. Like what the crank and rods can handle for power thanks.

The difference I believe is that LQ9 has flattop pistons and the LQ4 pistons have a little dish to it. The LQ9 also has 10.1 compression while the LQ4 has 9.4:1 compression stock.
So if you wanna go with forced induction I'd opt for the LQ4
