There is no "aftermarket tuned SS". All SSs are from SLP, sent there by GM for conversion prior to sale.
As for a lid/catback, if you ordered Y2Y options from SLP when you ordered your car from GM, then you could choose a number of options depending on year. The SLP dual/dual catback was certainly one of them. The only lid option was the SLP/Blackwing lid, but this was not offered for all years of SS.

No, the SS and Firehawk never had the option for Loudmouth.
Do you not know what cat-back you have? If you want to see what your car WAS optioned with contact SLP with your VIN#.

To figure this out you need to locate and tell us the below info;
1. Find your RPO code sticker on your driver door jamb. Do you see the RPO code Y2Y? If so go to the passenger door jamb and read off what the SLP content sticker says. If no Y2Y make sure you at least have WU8 which means it's a real SS.
2. Go look at the exhaust tips. Are there only 2 tips that are chrome and have a rolled lip? Or are there 4 angle cut tips (assuming its stock)? If neither post a pick.

The tips are the center mount exhaust, but the cme isnt an exhaust system per say its just the tips and rear valence. You would have to look under the car to determine if it has a catback or not. Btw nice numbers.

That is not a loudmouth, nor is it the factory-SLP dual/dual muffler. It may have started off as a dual/dual catback when the car was new, but somewhere along the line that muffler was swaped out.

The CME has the same muffler as the Dual/Dual but w/ the CME tips and it comes w/ a 3'' pipe from the cats back.LT and a off-road y-pipe w/ what you have will work great.My 02 SS A4 has CME w/ the stock muffler it came with and w/ LT & off road y-pipe and a Yank SS3600 and Nitto 555R's it ran 12.09@112.
