I couldn't agree more. That's why I waited until last summer to purchase. Keep your eyes open on craigslist. I did a daily search within ~300 miles and that's how I found mine...three miles down the road. lol

Yup. It saves a LOT of time running searches. I selected all of the areas in VA and just happened to find one in my local area.

Just reading the title really gave me the expression it was another thread about someone pmsing, thats far from the truth. All i have is pity now lol, that just sounds terrible. several chances to buy cars you wanted and constantly getting the shaft. I really hope your luck turns around man. best of luck

hey, at least in the searching you werent out too much time and money. i drove 2.5 hours to see a car at a dealer (found the listing online). before i left i called to make sure they still had it and reviewed the information on the site, then drove down there with the plans to buy it. just before the test drive i discovered instead of having 38k miles, it had 88k miles. i got a "whoops, our sales sheet for that car has a type-o on it..."
to add insult to injury, i was pissed about wasting my time i forgot my license back from the dealer (they held it during the test drive).
