I have a 2000 ws6 with just an exhaust cut out and a lid. Transmission took a dump so I purchased a FTL level 3 and a Yank SS3600. So my question is, will the car be noticably quicker? Also what should my next mod be? Thanks.

If you have the correct tires for that, I'd be really scared of the 10 bolt rear end lol. Hell, I'm scared of my 10 bolt with just my Nitto drag radials. But then again I may be a little over cautious ![Tongue](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_tongue.gif)
-To answer the first question, you'll definately notice a difference, as long as you hook.

Hell yes.
It will feel like a new animal in comparasion.
And don't worry about the 10-bolt, they hold up pretty well in the A4 cars, unless you have sloppy shocks/bad suspension geometry allowing wheel hop.
As for the next mod, get some LT headers w/ORY, an LS6 intake, and a dyno tune.

Skip the mail-order tune, a custom dyno tune is much better.
To avoid wheel hop, consider some new (good) shocks, and some aftermarket LCAs with relocation brackets.
I would NOT spend money on an entirely new rear end for a lid/catback/stalled A4 car. It's just plain not needed. Mine held up fine even with full bolt-ons + 3500 stall + cam + drag radials. The M6 guys will break a rear just by looking at it wrong, but it's not nearly as fragile in the auto cars. Now, I'm not saying you can't/won't break it, but if you can avoid wheel hop (and the gears are in good shape to begin with) then the chances of you breaking that rear at your power level are VERY slim.
