high rpms with stock hardware?

Read this on a GM truck forum, is it true?

Obviously the valvetrain would need to be upgraded, but even still stock rod bolts will not handle that.
I don't personally know anyone that has built an LSx to rev past ~7200, so I have no idea what might be needed for longevity at that rpm.
