does it need any repairs? thats low miles.


id offer 11,500 and hold at 12 if its super clean.

lock up meaning the converter is no longer slipping, once you accelerate and stay at a constant load it will lock up making it the same as any regular converter. till you mash it i couldn't imagine not having one with that cam would suck.

Ahhh alright man, that makes sense... thats what i was thinking.

But does it also mean the car will have slow accelerating during normal driving?

I'm looking at a 99 with 450whp similar set up. Fully built engine, trans, rear end. How much should I offer? His asking price is $11.8.

^ How many miles? But probably 10500 for a starting price and if miles are low i would go up too like 11200... thats just me though
