few questions about my build im pulling a 6.0l out of a 00 sierra and putting in a 98 ls1 motor.
the truck has the iron heads on it, i dont see a number on them but asuming 317?
i was gonna put those heads on the ls1 to keep compression down so he can keep running 87 octane.. so will this work? do i just use stock ls1 head gaskets? or are those heads designed to work only with the 4" bore?
is there anything else i should know about doing this?
