Looks like it's for the VATS security thing in the ignition.

It's probably an accessory plug for an option you don't have on your car. If everything works that must be what it is.

That is the plug for the blinker fluid sensor.

Wrong, it's the harness for the muffler bearings.

Its the ejector seat trigger.. GM removed the button because they didn't want to cover the t-top replacements.
