I am trying to help my dad make somemore power out of his pickup because he is adding 35in tires with a heavy front bumper and a lift kit. I need some semi-cheap ideas to give him about another 50hp or so. What stock LSX parts work with these motors for more power. Thanks.

cheapest most reliable way to add 50hp is probably a 6.0 swap, to be honest.
Cams are going to start pushing the powerband up, which is not what you want with big heavy tires.

If it is bone stock right now, a CAI, full exhaust and a good tune could get you 40HP easy. The exhaust on those trucks is terrible. I think the MagnaFlow catback I put on my '02 was advertised over 20rwhp alone, and I could actually feel a difference in power after putting it on. But as mentioned, low end is where you are really going to need the upgrade, and the above mentioned parts probably aren't going to help there a whole lot. There's always a gear swap...
