Default is a Liberty fiberglass cowl hood a good company?i

i found a SS cowl hood that needs to be repainted of course for $200 & was wondering if they are worth spending the money on

if you google them (i have in the past), I believe they're the same company as "that" ebay seller.

yeah i checked the web site & went & looked at the hood but theres to much rework to do. alot of pin holes & stuff. bodyshop said around $4-500 to do both sides so that would mke it a $700 hood that might develop more pin holes nxt summer when the heat hits it

Ok lets name a company that deals with things that you dont want to crack after a large bell that has a crack init!!! LOL!!!

Give them a try ! The worst thing that could happen is its cracks LOL!

Crimson has had great luck with their products. I know he had his body guy give them a once over before installation...just don't know how much it had cost him. I don't think he'll talk about them too much due to some minor flaming in the past.

yeah idk i dont really want to spend that much i guess. i wanted both sides to be painted so i suppose thats why it was so much

stay away from that company . the hoods are total ****.i had the misfortune of
buying one back in 09. i had to toss it in the dumpster it was so bad.

if you know how to do your own body and paint work it is a hell of a deal. bought one and yeah its gonna take a little tlc but i feel pretty comfortable about it.
