I love the Firebreather. I have been following the progression of it since I found out about it earlier this year.
The thing I like most about this is that it is NOT trying to be a Pontiac and its Not trying to be a Trans Am. You won't find any Pontiac-esque emblems on the car because no such car can ever be with Pontiac gone. The Kevin Morgan Trans Am and even the Lingenfelter T/A lose something because they are trying their hardest to make a new Trans Am without Pontiac and thats really not going to cut it.
The guys at CDC and Exxodus pictures took cues from an iconic car and implemented them exquisitely on a new Camaro. If I had $63K laying around, it would be headed to Classis Design Concepts so they could build me my own Firebreather.
Better info on the car can be had here: www.firebreathercar.com

i dunno bout any 63K price tag...seems a bit retarded to me..but i like that people havent given up on trying to make something new...although iw ish they would stop using the same damn 5th gen camaro to do it..from the side it is a camaro..and the steering wheels seems very small.. if they want to make something retro then fine.. but please use a different platform..

Awesome car, it's nice to see something new. As for the video- I think you could put the inception "theme song" to any video and make it seem more incredible than it already was.

I like the firebreather alot. The design is not overdone, and has a mean stance. The video really makes the car appealing. Nothing promotes a performance car more than a video of the car tearing *** and smoking the tires. Although I don't think I could just drop the cash for an 80k price tag

has any other car in history been whored out, twisted, converted, obscured, or met swap meet louie as much as the new camaro has?? We All laugh at the retards that take a 3rd or 4th gen camaro and put a firebird/TA front nose on it, or vice versa. But yet all that is acceptable on the 5th Gen...... It's still a Camaro, no matter who's name is on it, who's badge is on it, or how ever bad you want our precious Birds back.
So no, i dont like it.

The "Signature Edition", which is the 0-50 numbered edition is priced at 85k and you do get a lot more than just the car for that price.
"---Owners of signature FireBreathers are granted special access to movie events and other collectibles, such as autographed memorabilia."
There will also be a "Conversion Edition" package available through certain dealers for those who already own a Camaro for a much reduced price.
"---Enthusiasts who already own a Camaro can transform their vehicle into a FireBreather with a "Conversion Series" package. While these cars will not receive an official serial number, some of the appearance package and performance upgrades will be available for them through select dealers nationwide."
Not very ofter is my breath taken away by a car. The last time it happened was when I saw a Lamborghini Reventon. So for this to happen when I saw the Firebreather, means it holds something special for me.
I would love to own one and am looking at a get together with the owner of #004 for a photo shoot with my CETA. I can't wait!
I watch the video from the first post everyday.
