Question Aeroforce interceptor ?

Morning forums,

I ordered an interceptor gauge and was wondering how accurate the HP and Torque numbers on it are going to be? Does the PCM know your new HP numbers once you bolt on a ton of stuff? Sorry for the newb questions, just wanna get a feel for how accurate it will be before it gets installed.

Thanks John

Ok I kinda thought it wouldnt be that accurate on that aspect of it, but thats not why I bought it in the first place. Thanks for the quick response. Anyone else have any experience with the hp readings on it?

After boltons and other modifications your car would need a tune for the bcm to "understand" all the new changes and give accurate information.

Here's a link to thread on here that REALLY goes into detail about this gauge with video demos by member.

Well if you know your current power numbers go for it and compare. Would be nice to see how close they are reading. Post up some results afterwords if you don't mind, I know I would be interested in seeing that data and I am sure others would be as well.

I will tell you that the 1/4 mile asset of the gauge is pretty close.

If you use it to check your o2s dont make the same mistake I did. Someone chimed in on post #22 thankfully
