Weighed My Car Tonight!
I weighed my car & was pretty impressed. It did 3360 without me in it with a little over 3/4 tank of gas. I have t-tops with C5 Y2k 17" & 18" wheels. Before it weighed 3440 with 1/2 tank of gas. Only difference is I put on race LT headers (so no air) TSP true dual X pipe, removed my rear seats, removed my spare tire, & jack. In the future Ill be getting lightweight racing seats, removing the carpet, lightweight battery, & maybe all the plastic inside. Post up your numbers!
3/4 tank of gas
1/2 tank of gas
3/4 tank of gas

I think mine weighed about the same, but with weight reduction, a heavy dual 12" sub box in the back, 1/4 tank of gas and HEAVY chrome 18" wheels. 3360 also.. IIRC.
And diesel is 8lbs a gallon.. Gas weighs:

2.69 to 2.91 kg (5.93 to 6.42 lbs), depending on temperature, type and blend (e.g. with methanol, water, benzene etc.)

^ If you're not going to dedicate the car to a track, I STRONGLY suggest leaving the creature comforts in the car. I've been through it. took too much weight off the back of the car and made it spin REAL easy. Plus the exhaust drone was unbearable on the HW. Went through a couple sets of speakers. All the noise was coming in through the back and reverberatinginininin through the cab. (SP?) Basically, if it's not a dedicated track car, losing all the stuff that MIGHT have some weight to it will make the car not too fun to drive for anymore than 45 minutes.

for comparaison my stock 98 hardtop M6 Z28 weight 3430 lbs with a full tanks of gaz, without me and without catback or muffler ( muffler delete)
-after removing the spare/jack, all the back seat, the front passenger seat and leaving around 2 gallons of gaz ( 10 L) it weight 3234 lbs (last week, it went 12.74 @ 110mph on DR)
i'm going to remove the carpet, all the trim, speaker radio and passenger airbag this week and take a trip to the scale!

Mine is 3440 on a 1/2 tank, so how the hell do you weigh 100 lbs less than me? The only differences being removed rear seats (I have mine) & I have stock 245/50-16 tires & wheels. The seats definitely don't weigh don't weight that much, so I guess it's in the wheels?
Do you have "leather"?

Well when I first weighed my car with all the stock cats, exhaust manifolds, Y pipe, & Borla cat back, spare tire, & jack it weighed 3440 with 1/2 tank of gas. & I got t tops. So removing those heavy cats, exhaust manifolds, Y pipe, cat back, & putting on ceramic coated lt headers, true duals, removing my rear seats, jack, & spare tire? I got 3360 with 3/4 tank of gas. So that's pretty much around 3335lbs at 1/2 a tank maybe? But yea I got leather seats

I never weigh my car stock, but I weighed mine with the exact same mods as you minus the wheels & removed rear seats, and I weighed in at 3440. So basically I weighed after the mods what you did before them, and you have the body kit as well. I can't imagine my wheels are worth the 80lbs, so where's the weight. You a 6 speed?

I don't pay anything... Its just a trash place. They just have an open weighing station next to their building so they weigh their trucks out & ****. You just pull up on the scale & there's the screen that tells you your weight haha.

pacesetter LTs
true duals dumped before the axle
lid
ls6 intake
3.73s
tune
most of the (except the exhaust) doesnt effect the weight though. Only taken out the tire & jack.
