These are the wheels I'm looking at http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels-fo...viewsTabAnchor. The 600 is just paying for wheels and no tires. And also the 600 is paying for a hood and no paint job. I need to spend the money on either of them or it will get spent.

Both are way above $600, done properly, but I say go for the hood. Putting the ram-air hood on makes the car come alive visually-it's like a 'cam for how your car looks.
If you can, try to find an OEM hood. Aftermarket deals are exercises in compromising-might as well do it right the first time...

Get the hood, you can always get your wheels painted for 50-100 bucks to change the look of them until you can get new ones. But if you do go for wheels check this place out they got wheels and tire deals for around 600

Go with wheels first then the hood. Of course, you won't be able to put them on until you get tires.
Why don't you stick it in a savings account and add to it then when you have enough go wheels AND tires at the same time. That way you don't have wheels sitting in your garage collecting dust. Just my .02

Hood. I rocked the 16" rims with the hood. Nobody but car fanatics on an internet forum would think it looks out of place IMO. Prolly 90% of the people in my city are car stoopid and couldn't tell me what Make or Model my car is without looking at the badges. They sure as hell ain't going to point out my 16" rims with a Ram Air hood.
