Whatwould you choose?
Been thinking bout a few ideas latley as im getting my moms old car from her for a DD so here they are
1: Sell the SS and buy a 08 Jet Stream Blue Z06
2: Keep SS then Build and Boost it
3: Keep SS throw a cam in it and then pick up a 67 Chevelle and build it

I've faced very similar decisions. I've decided to pick all three options (kept the '98 Z28, bought an old muscle car, and lastly I'm also considering a JSB C6 to replace my '02 Z28 when the time comes).
Who could pick just one?

I beg to differ.
A nicely done '67 Chevelle will demand just as much attention (if that's your thing), can be just as fast (straight line, of course), and will hold value better in the near-term (and likely long term as well). The Chevelle gives you the option to go modern/pro-touring or classic muscle/hotrod, while the Z06 is strictly modern. Some other location dependant things to consider are administrative costs, such as insurance and plates. Here in IL for example, AV plates for a 25+ year old car are $6/year, vs. $100 for a newer car. And collector car insurance (if you qualify) is almost 50% cheaper for a 25+ year old car than the same coverage value on a newer car. I don't think either could be a clear-cut "better" choice on paper. It's really going to come down to personal preference.
Personally, I like both, but I guess if I had to pick just one option I'd lean towards the Chevelle and Camaro combo.

put the money in the right places on the suspension and the chevelle can hang with a c6z on an autocross course just as easy as the straight line
there's a guy on the chevelle board doing just that and his is an el camino...on street tires he is matching c6z on street tires
