Your sig is amazing. When I was deciding whether or not I was gonna try and find a clean M6 fbody or get an A4, the idea that road dome would be almost impossible with an M6 greatly factored into my decision. Guess what I bought..
To the OP: I know it's been said but dude.. CTS-V. I've never personally drove when but I know when I graduate school that's the first car I'll be looking to get. It's a caddy, can be daily driven all the time any time, and it's gotta big *** Corvette V8 under the hood. Basically the perfect car if you ask me and they can be had used for around 20k if you find a sick deal.

My buddy raced my high 13 second LT1 against his 08 335i after he did a bit of boost work and had waste gates installed and exhaust... He lost by about 1.5 cars against me to about 115mph.
If you want fast, vette all the way b/c the camaro is not going to be a whole lot faster than the 335i.

You're right, it's not like there was an LS6, then an LS2, then an LS9 in the CTS-V all of which were in the 'Vette. It's not even like the Vette was the first car with each of those engines in it. Good pickup there on the joke
Well played sir.

Another vote for the CTS-V. I'm not a fan of the new Camaro (funky IP, bunker windows, smallish trunk, blah, blah, blah) and for $30k, I'd take a used CTS-V instead IF room is an important consideration. Otherwise, I'd get the Vette.

You said you had issues with the c5 so why get a c6? If you don't plan on tinkering much with your car and you want to keep it relatively stock, BMW is hard to beat out of the box. I've driven a 325 and a 535 and they feel very agile and sporty, and with AWD they offer a ton of grip on the street (I've never taken one to the limit on a track, but there are some twisties in my area that I've blasted down).
Also, as NW-99SS stated, silver is much easier to keep clean. I work at a performance car dealership detailing cars & we use a product called Wizards Mist 'N Shine. If you can find a shop by you that sells it (you cant buy their products directly) it's the best product I've ever seen. Got water spots?, just spray, apply with microfiber, shine with dry micro fiber. You can do paint, glass, chrome, I've even polished interior carbon fiber panels on neglected Ferraris to new condition with this stuff. Good luck with your decision, you can't go wrong with any of those 3 cars.
