Wow, that looks like a steal for anyone who knows about engines. It seems like kind of a gamble, but he's got like 4,375 positive feedbacks!

If an engine builder bought all of these, and could figure what was wrong with them, I am sure he could profit off them very well with making custom builds.

Quality Control in my company rejects anything that itsnt 100% perfect but still useable. I mean I could see if one of these was missing a waterjacket or something but I dobt thats the case.
