Tech,
I have been trying to get my hands on a set of those brass gears for the headlight motors but I cannot get a hold of Brent Franker?
Any clues? Anyone else making this product?
Thanks
Pat
BTW I hear NAPA makes a part to fix them BK 6652137 but I imagine its made of nylon or w/e the stock one is made of.
Help!

I was able to get a set of gears from him last Summer (July 2010), but that would have been the last time I spoke with him.
I know this doesn't help you get in touch, but thought I'd throw that out there.
On a better note... WOW! $32 for a new headlight motor! That's a steal, man. Before rebuilding mine, I purchased one from AutoZone for like $120 (I ended up returning it once I had mine in working order again). Sounds like you got the hook up. Good luck with the install.
