EGR/AIR Delete Question: Back Of Intake Hey guys, quick question. I'm doing a set of longtubes on a 99 LS1 Camaro for a friend, and they're the "race headers" without the EGR/A.I.R. provisions, so I'm deleting both of them for him. It's been so long since I've done this though, and I can't remember what to do about this fitting in the back. I dug out my stock LS1 intake and I had a cap on this small nipple fitting in the back (that points to the passenger side when installed on the engine) so do I just unplug the little vacuum line and put a cap on there? Or what?
The nipple fitting in question I circled in RED. Can I just cap this and remove all the lines? Thanks!
