Default Got a weird problem

Almost every drive I take in my 2001 Z28, I hear a click, usually when I'm stopped. It sounds like it comes from both sides of the car, almost like the door locks actuating but a lighter noise. I thought it was no big deal, but today I happened to see the security light flash for a split second when it made the noise.

All this seemed to start after I did the DRL mod, that works fine.

What the hell could this be?

Which DRL mod? This one:

I never had any issues after doing it this way. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to pull the circuit board again and check for any damage or excess solder, etc.

Hmmm.... I never cut any of the wires to disable my DRLs, just did some soldering on the board. Not sure if that could have anything to do with your problem though, I'd assume that if it did, others would have reported it as well. Then again, I've never known anyone who's used that method before.

I just looked at it, opened up the box. I don't think it's the source of my problem, it can't be. Everything works normally with the box unplugged, it just has no automatic headlights, no drl's, and the turn signals work because the wires are tied together (the turn signals don't work with the wires disconnected).
