Default First night with the Z06... WOW!

I'm speechless. After owning 5 f-bodies, I cant believe how much different this car feels. I'm very impressed, and now I see what all the hype was about. Its just a totally different feeling and ride. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase one of these over a 03/04 Cobra.

I put about 100 miles on it since I got it at 5 tonight. It pulls hard, handles great, and is just a blast to drive. Its going to be hard to get back into a F-body some day. I can only imagine what a C6 Z is like...

Here are a few pictures I took of it in the driveway. It needs a good detail and cleaning.

I'll get some better ones up tomorrow.

Nice!! Like i said before I only sold my FRC to get a C6 but the C5 Z is an amazing car! All you need to do is lower your car on the stock bolts. Its easy to do. Glad you love it! A vararam will also be a nice addition to the car CONGRATS!

25k. . . . . Hmmmm

It is sweet car. But, man you can do some deep stuff with a 4th gen f-body for under that.

I mean, it wouldn't even feel like a late 90's Camaro.

But, if you have owned quite a few sometimes you need something different.

Even if you spent 75k, its still not a zo6.

Nice car man. Needs to be lowered.

Congrats! Great choice over the Cobra. I had a 04 Mystic Cobra and a 02 EB Z06. The Z is a better car all around. I miss that Z. It was an absolute blast to drive.

And to "sampson_420", it doesn't matter how much you throw at a F-Body, it will not hold a candle to the Z.
