How do I get my camber fixed? I have a 98 z28 My tires are wearing on thr inside bad. So I was curious if I had struts or what it takes to fix it.
Not sure where you are going for alignments but go to a reputable shop with modern equipment. They may not be able to actually 'fix' the issue if the car needs parts but they can tell you what the problem most likely encompasses.

1) sounds like you've probably got worn ball joints, probably uppers. Check them both however.

No you just need a wrench and a way of measuring it. It's two blots in the lower A-arm. I did it when I swapped out my suspension so that it was close enough that the car was drivable. You have to get a shop to get it perfect though.
Wow are you serious? That's great news. I've spent the last 10 years listening to various alignment shops tell me that "the car's at factory 'spec" even though I can see the front tires on both my T/A & Z28 have way too much positive camber, which is also evident by the outer wear on the tires. Damn GM and their special tools...
