Looks like the majority of owners on here are just bolt-ons. My car has full exhaust, FIPK, ported throttle body, and mail-order tune. My car was 340 hp on the dyno, but I haven't been to the track yet. Plan to soon since I'm so close to Darlington now.

My car with its old combo made 500rwhp/570rwtq on 8 psi of boost. That was just with TT system, 65lb injectors, and conservative tune.
The new combo is installed, broken in and just waiting for me to finish the dual in-tank pump setup. Then off to the dyno for a tune. I expect to hit 7xx with this combo on about 12 psi boost before I upgrade the turbos.

You have the LS6 cam? Just swapped out the LS1 for an LS6 cam?
Heads, exhaust, CAI, and a better cam could get you over 350WHP, but might as well get headers.

Yeah, that's definitely an addiction. I keep telling myself I want to get close to 400HP without sacrificing any fuel economy, I might end up cutting a few MPG's to get there. Right now I don't want to go past 400 though, that may change some day though...

sign me up for therapy to help my addiction! started with 400....figure I'd skip all the crap in the middle and go right to 699 (dont want to jinx the results in saying "7" ).....we're still talking at the wheels right?

Same here I just wanna get past 400hp and its my daily driver too so I need to keep decent mpg's. If I had something else to drive every day I would build the **** out of it haha

It is possible to have both power and MPG's. I got 30mpg highway, verified by manual fuel calculations over a 350 mile roadtrip and numerous other times, in my G8 GT with just the twin turbos on it and with AFM turned off in the tune. With just the TT's I could have easily squeezed out over 600rwhp if I wanted to, but decided to build it. Even after all the mods in my signature for the G8 I still got middle 20's mpg highway and haven't even gotten the part throttle portion of the tune 100% of what I want it to be. Keeping mpg is doable.
