I can't believe it was 10 years ago today I went to the Chevy dealership and saw this 2001 Sunset Orange Metallic Camaro SS sitting on the showroom floor! I bought it that day and I'm so glad I did! I still love this car!!! MANY great times have been enjoyed in this car during the 49K miles I've traveled in it, including 7 Hot Rod Power Tour long hauls. The best thing about buying this car 10 years ago though is all of the great people I have met and friends I've made because of the car.

Thanks. Nope, Hotchkis springs (see sig). The back was weighted down with all of our luggage and crap in the last 2 pics so the back looks a bit low.

 

Gorgeous car both brand new and now. It's definitely come a long way. Not a fan of the fuzzy dice though.

 

Ya I was curious why looked lower in the rear. Oh and I can't see sigs on the mobile site. That's why I asked sorry.

Thanks everyone! Yeah that is a 2002 Berger SS next to me in the first pic, actually the 2002 Prototype. Seeing them on the Berger SS is what made me know I HAD to have them!

 

My ten year anniversary is soon coming up. I bought mine because the markets had crashed after 9/11 and I thought what the hell might as well spend the money then save it. Didn't even tell the wife just showed up at the door with the car.
