Default True dual?

Hello I have a 2002 WS6 and have been thinking of true dualing my ws6 but have not looked into much so I was just wondering if any one has taken there ls1 into a local shop and got a true dual system put on if so how good was the quality of work and how much did it cost? I already know about all the true dual systems for sale on the stores on here but I only want to know about shops. Thanks

Buy Texas Speed TD kit, take it to your exhaust shop and have them set it up!

It wasn't that easy for me. Several exhaust shops said they wouldn't touch the car with no cats on it. Another shop said they didn't want to install the TSP set up because of the fuel lines that needed to be flipped. Finally took it down to LMR in houston and they fabbed them up to fit my ARH headers....

I bought the Jegs Universal X-Pipe kits and mufflers, then got my local exhaust shop to fab me up the over the axles. True 3' exhaust. It was tight, but it happened.

If you put cats on it will be easier to find a shop to do it, u'll just have to make sure they flip the fuel lines

I installed my TSP true duals over 4 years ago myself. I had no problems, the went right on and i havent sacrificed THAT much ground clearance. lowered and all.

Its all depends on what kinda piping and bending you want, stainless and mandrel bending will be more. Another big factor is if you want them dumped under the car or over the axle and out of the back of the car. Those variables along with where you take it will effect the price. I could see it costing anywhere from $400-2,000

No, they drop off at the axle. So you if you ordered them you would either need to extend them under or over the axle if you want them coming out of the back of the car

You don't have to flip fuel lines with the tsp duals. All that will do is gain you a lil clearance. But honest if you put them on right you shouldn't have an issue unless the car is slammed, I have better clearance with my duals then I did with the y pipe setup.
