Default Quick/Easy Question: Are my motor mounts stock

The owner before me replaced the motor and tranny mounts 3 years ago i believe. I had a file containing everything on the car but since i move a lot it must have gotten tossed accidentally which really sucks because i'm really particular, but it may show up.

Anyways, I believe it said poly, but im not sure.. I'm about to do headers and so i'm trying to figure out if i really need to put them in or not because i don't have an engine lift. Please look at the picture and tell me what you think. (Btw, its a DD so it's dirty and kind of hard to tell). Also, on the other side which is really hard to see, i believe i can see a couple of tiny cracks, but its hard to tell. Motor shakes just a little bit too when running but i figured it's always gonna shake a little bit..

IMO, they look stock, but since a shop did it they could have just used OEM parts, which if 3 years old should i still replace? Thanks guys!

Poly's fill up the whole clamshell, those look like rubber mounts. It looks like the metal is torn on your mount at the motor

Oh yeah i didn't notice that ill have to take a closer look thanks!

Another question, can i replace motor mounts without and engine hoist? I figured i may be able to use a jack from the bottom or something like that..

Those look stock and you don't need a hoist to change your mounts.

Confirmed, just found a thread about using jacks thanks!

The pic looks like it is breaking but it's a bit of an illusion, if you turn you head to the left you see that little piece goes up. Pretty deceiving but a closer look took care of that.

I saw some signs of bolt wear and also these rubber pieces have those orange lines on the outside. As far as i could tell (i could see in pretty well, they appear to be fine). The question now is how long should they last?

If your motor is all stock, they should last 100K miles at least, less if you have a cam i would say.
