ls3 head swap question

thinking about doing ls3 heads on my lq9 build, however id like to be sure whats required to do the swap other than the intake. Or is that all?

Intake, fuel rails, throttle cable bracket, ls3 valve covers and an injector spacer kit if using ls1 style injector. You will also need a 4 bolt style throttle body.

I think you might need some offset exhaust rockers if I remember correctly.

intake are offset
