so you had the LS6 intake and longtubes with that cam and just swapping from LS1 heads to the PRC heads was 48rwhp? just wanted to clarify because that is awesome!
i like my 228R cam and 2.5 5.3 heads setup also![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
..and i can't keep it quiet enough even with the cats and magnaflow+bullet mufflers.

Nice you got more then expected. With the mods you already had done I'd say that would be around a normal gain swapping stock LS1 heads to the PRC 2.5 5.3's. Going from a 230cfm flowing head to 310cfm is a big difference. Good gains ![Thumb](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/thumb.gif)
My C5 gained 140whp/80ft lbs from stock by adding the 2.5 5.3L heads, 227/230 cam, LS2 maf, LS6 intake, headers and exhaust. They're an excellent set of heads for their cost.
