119K isn't even broken in yet. Out of the 20+ LSX vehicles I owned, 254k is my highest. Car still ran fine. My last car before my current I sold to a member on this site with 203k. He is still driving it and may chime in here. My current Z has 106k and my C6 has 56k and my 2002 Tahoe which is a LSX variant. 5.3L Iron block has 212k on it

this makes me feel better about my car I just bought, it has 180k on it and still runs great. had to put a window motor in and finish the tune up on it, he left me the easy passenger side lol.

It really depends more what its seen during those miles.... Well cared for highway miles vs poorly maintained stop and go use etc
Of my 3 current LS1 4 th gens the highest miles car is by far my favorite , just turned 235,000 miles this week , stock original internals in all drivetrain components, the engine , t56, and 342 10 bolt , has decent amount of bolt ons and managed to crack 11's last time it hit the track at 215,000, have some issues with gear blocking at high rpm now so I don't think it can run that number now but it's still strong as heck and still gets compliments on how clean it is in and out all the time.
Keep oil level full , oil clean , don't let it overheat , wait for it to warm up before beating on it , don't run much over 6000 rpm on stock high miles valve springs and it should stay together well.

300k
Just sold my '98 A4 that had over 300k (not a typo).
It was my DD 81 miles each way for years. Drove it like I stole it. All stock except mail order tune and high stall. Ran 12.9's up until the last year I had it. Full throttle it was starting to smoke but didn't look like oil, not sure what it was, not bad enough to worry about.
Ls1/4L60E is the best combination for reliability that I have ever seen. I still have 2 LS1's for this reason (new DD is a TA and also have 97 Vette). I have had 3 total Camaros now, a LT1 Caprice, and a vette all with 4l60's ALL OVER 200K and none had serious engine problems and only 1 trans problem (sunshell from burnout). I dont' count optispark as serious engine problem BTW. Every LT1 I had fussed with those.

I kept it stock, just SLP air box, and flow master, hotckis lowered, and 17 inch Vette wheels...

And the manual cooling fan over ride switch!
Added the fan switch at 100,000 miles, best $99 I ever spent, I NeVer run the car near 215*, usually fan on low in traffic or for cool down coming off highway.
I know it's saved me from overheating many times...

Mine has just turned over 334455 miles and still running hard. Nothing has been opened on the motor. There is a little lifter tap when you first start the motor, but that goes away after about 5 seconds. She feels like she has plenty of power, no lose at all. I have to put in about a half a quart in between oil changes. Only things done to it is a K&N filter and Pro 5.0 shifter with a LS7 clutch upgrade.
The car is a 2000 SS.

179k on mine. Changed power steering pump, rack n pinion, both window motors and front rotors. Other than that just a few mods she runs great. Holds oil pressure, runs cool. Ac doesnt blow cold though. And burns/leaks oil in between changes but i just add about a quart and it does alright.

Mileage means nothing, if you do a complete drivetrain swap like I have upcoming on my 2000 Z28 Hardtop ( 114,743 when purchased a month ago ).
The LS1 (running fine), 4L60E, and 10-Bolt are coming out and a 408 LQ4 stroker, 4L80E, and Strange S60 rearend will be going in. Then, all of the suspension bushings will be changed, LCA's, Torque Arm, Panhard Rod, etc, along with fresh springs and shocks, as funds allow !
4th Gen's . . . FOREVER !!!
