What throttle body is this??

I need something similar but don't know what it is or where to find it. Help!

Looks like a stock DBW throttle body just turned upside down.

The arm that sticks out isn't as long as a stock tb ..

Compared to what, though? 5th gen? C5? C6? Truck/SUV?
