ls 5.3 value spring question I have a 5.3 that i want to install a magic stick in it and i had bought some beehive springs really cheap at 1.8 seat they are 140 pounds. I was wondering if i can use these springs with this cam. By the way i am putting this motor on my truck. Thanks for any info.

Probably not. Do you know anything about installed height or coilbind? You need to at least know this about your springs to see if they'll fit. Chances are, the spring load of the beehives aren't enough for the aggressive LSK lobes of the Magic Stick cams.
