Guys I was screwed by the guy that was building my car. I need you help with trying to find out what it will cost to fix. Can you take a look at this list and tell me your thoughts?

Pull pan verify
rod bolts
rods
pistons
Verify heads been ported
Verify cam
Verify torque convertor get any number to find spec.
Verify fuel pump
Rerun nitrous house.
Tune
Fix Strut mount bolts.
steam vent hose.

What did you expect to be done and what was actually done?

Some info on the exact problems or damage would be helpful. Pictures of any damage would help as well.

I am in Mi near Flint, He had lied to me during the build and rumor has it he was seeling his customers parts on craigslist and not putting them in the motor.

One of my issue is he cant remember what rod bolts are in the car I have ones that I bought that he gave me back arp 2000. the rods i bought had arp 8470 and he has told me he put his used arp L19 in and also told me he put used arp 2000. he said the arp 2000 i bought cant work with my h beam rods is this a true stament is there different arp for stock or h beam?
I just need to know what it will cost to pull the motor and go through it. so I can get it contact with small claims or police. as in mi I can get him for felony- larceny of conversation.

I wont put his name out there on here there is a michigan f-dody site that all that is aired out on. It was a guy running a "shop" out of a polebarn. I am not the only one.
