There Is A Bar That Goes Across The Top Of The Rear Above of the pan hard Bar does anyone know the name of thIs bar

Also known as an upper panhard bar within the community. UMI makes a nice one: 1982 - 2002 GM F-Body Panhard Bar Relocation Kit
