Psh. JBA Racing in San Diego wanted $2500 to do a PI swap (heads & cams) on my '98 Mustang. This would've included parts (900), labor (1,000) and a dyno tune (600). Later, they tried to tell me that they would have to pull the motor and needed another $2,000 to complete the job. Suffice to say I couldn't get my car out of there fast enough.

Try to do the work yourself, but just like my situation, it might not be logistically possible and you'll have to get raped at a shop to get it done...
