How to tell if its LQ4 or LQ9? Found a easy way So reading the techs out there I was able to find out that its pretty tuff to find out if your engine is an LQ4 or LQ9 and if you run the free Vin# check thru this website that is only for GM's it tells you on there all the specifics and it s free, I dont get any credit or get paid for this cuz its free I just tried it because I'am searching for a 6.0 LQ9 for my 77' SCOUT and even some sellers dont know or try to say it is when it really isn't.. anyhow I hope this is HelpFull
