Default Mysterious WOT problem

Hello all! My 2000 Trans Am M6 with a LQ9 is having a odd spinning/slipping problem at WOT. It's a bolt, + SSRA induction box on an LQ9 with a GT2-3 cam (springs and hardened pushrods to come this weekend) with 119k miles. The tires i am running are 295 Sumitomo HTR Z III with around 1200 miles on them. So my problem is @ WOT during the warm weather or cold when i go to shift it spins no matter what the speed i'm shifting. I have to let off the throttle and repress it in order for to stop spinning or whatever it is doing. I am including a video and you can see it does it at 110 mph. The car has a LuK LS7 clutch kit with barely 2000 miles on it. It doesn't do it when i'm not shifting at WOT. Could these tires be that crappy, or is there a bigger problem? Any help would be appreciated.

So after messing around tonight i have found out it is the clutch slipping. which is odd since it drives around perfect but only slips when shifting fast. I was going 40 in 4th and floored it then quickly shifted to 5th and held on the gas and it just revved until i let off.

After watching the video, it's definitely the clutch.

Sounds like pressure plate is slow to engage when you fast shift. Either way you gotta drive it easy or tear it back down to fix it..

The clutch line is designed to do that by GM, there's a tutorial on here somewhere called "drill mod", the line is constricted so that the clutch can't "bang" between shifts. Pain in the ****!
