Everything else will swap over and bolt right up.
Use the truck oil pan and front drive accessories and crank pulley.

So if I pull the crank and have a 24 tooth reluctor wheel pressed on what do I need to do to fix the cam situation from 1x to 4x? And the Ls2 is out of a trailblazer Ss is this what I would need to go from the 1x to a 4x cam issue

You could have the 24 tooth put on yes and you would need a 1x cam gear. The LS2 should already have 4x, your pcm in your 03 truck was setup to read a 24x crank and 1x cam
you have 58x and 4x on the LS2
